1.所發生的輸出脈波，具有比例於起始脈波和停止脈波的時間間隔的波高（振幅）的裝置。
2.所發生的輸出脈波，具有比例於輸入脈波高（振幅）的裝置。
亦稱為時間對高度轉換器(timetoheightconverter,THC)，時間對振幅轉換器(timetoamplitudeconverter,TAC)。
