術語。
外轉或向外。
用來標示方向：腿在地上或空中做繞圈的動作時，由前經旁再往後的方向叫〈endehors〉。
另一個〈endehors〉的用法是在標示軸轉〈pirouette〉的方向：往活動足的方向轉，叫外轉〈endehors〉。
例如：外轉戳步〈piquétourendehors〉。
方向概念在芭蕾的學習相當重要，搞清楚後，對學習的進展會很有幫助。
