<P><BR>蘭陽黃金柑俗稱金棗，目前正是盛產期，宜蘭縣的生產面積全台之冠，九成以上的黃金柑都產自宜蘭縣。員山鄉農會結合鄉內果農及休閒農業區業者，持續辦理現場採果體驗活動，歡迎民眾利用假期到宜蘭採果。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>農糧署東區分署長(蘇茂祥)指出，黃金柑的風味特殊，但過去酸度偏高，大多被製成金棗蜜餞；近年來，在農改場改良下，甜度與風味大幅提升；果皮富含果膠、維生素、礦物質，鮮果食用更能保留這些營養價值，養生又保健，是非常值得品嚐的鮮果。</STRONG></P>
