<P><STRONG>屬於弱勢學生及家庭的快樂時光於日前在劍湖山育樂世界歡樂登場，縣府陳慶良祕書長代表蘇縣長與會（見圖），除表達蘇縣長對縣內特教家長為子女辛苦的照顧及無私的奉獻與付出的由衷欽佩外，並對特教老師的辛勞表示感謝。</STRONG></P>
