<P><STRONG>Science is concerned only with observable things and that we can observe an object by letting it interact with some outside influence.</STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG>科學只關心著可以觀測的事物, 而我們如何觀察呢? </STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG>那就是利用我們手邊的東西, 來與我們所欲觀測的事物做交互作用. </STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG>因此作為一位科學家, 眼中的科學, 只有能夠觀測的事物才算數. </STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>因此作科學研究時, 應該以能夠觀測, 實驗的事物為目標, 而不去空泛的追求一些不切實際的東西.</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>而物理學家們應該關心的目標是什麼呢?</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG> 雖然狄拉克是位傑出的理論物理學家, 不過他仍然認為, 物理的研究必須要以物理實驗的結果為切入點. </STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>他是這樣說的:</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>Only Questions about the results of experiments have a real significance and it is only such questions that theoretical physics has to consider.</STRONG></P>
