<P><STRONG>（中央社台北2日電）中國氣象局表示，今年3月中國大陸平均氣溫攝氏2.4度，比往年同期偏低0.8度，是近23年來最低值，其中海南3月平均氣溫，更創下1961年以來歷史同期最低。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>中新社轉述中國氣象局應急減災與公共服務司司長陳振林表示，大陸大部地區3月以乾冷氣候為主要特徵，溫度較往年同期偏低，降水也偏少。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>據統計，今年3月除華北東南部、黃淮西部及黑龍江北部、西藏西部等地偏高1到2度外，其餘大部地區氣溫接近往年同期或偏低。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>大陸在<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=2010">2010</SPAN>/<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=201">201</SPAN>1年經歷了近23年來最冷的冬天。氣象監測顯示，去年12月到今年2月的冬季，大陸平均氣溫為零下4.7度，是1987年以來的最低值。<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=100">100</SPAN>0402</STRONG></P>
