。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>胃移熱於膽,亦曰食。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>膽移熱於腦,則辛頞鼻淵。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>鼻淵者,濁涕下不止也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>傳為衊瞑目。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>故得之氣厥也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●壽夭剛柔篇曰:風寒傷形,憂恐忿怒傷氣,氣傷臟,乃病臟,寒傷形,乃應形,風傷筋脈,筋脈乃應。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●欬論曰:皮毛者,肺之合也。皮毛先受邪氣,邪氣以從其合也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>其寒飲入胃,從肺脈上至於肺,則肺寒,肺寒則外內合邪,因而客之,則為肺欬。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●刺志論曰:氣虛身熱,此謂反也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>氣盛身寒,得之傷寒。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>氣虛身熱,得之傷暑。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>氣實者,熱也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>氣虛者,寒也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●調經論曰:血氣者,喜溫而惡寒,寒則泣不能流,溫則消而去之。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>帝曰:寒濕之傷人奈何?</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>岐伯曰:寒濕之中人也,皮膚不收,肌肉堅緊,營血泣,衛氣去,故曰虛。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>虛者聶辟氣不足,按之則氣足以溫之,故快然而不痛。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>帝曰:陰之生虛奈何?</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>曰:喜則氣下,悲則氣消,消則脈空虛,因寒飲食,寒氣熏滿,則血泣氣去,故曰虛矣。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>帝曰:陽虛則外寒奈何?</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>曰:陽受氣於上焦,以溫皮膚分肉之間,今寒氣在外,則上焦不通,上焦不通,則寒氣獨留於外,故寒慄。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>帝曰:陰虛生內熱奈何?</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>曰:有所勞倦,形氣衰少,穀氣不盛,上焦不行,下脘不通,胃氣熱,熱氣熏胸中,故內熱。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>帝曰:陽盛生外熱奈何?</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>曰:上焦不通利,則皮膚緻密,腠理閉塞,玄府不通,衛氣不得泄越,故外熱。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>帝曰:陰盛生內寒奈何?</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>曰:厥氣上逆,寒氣積於胸中而不瀉,不瀉則溫氣去,寒獨留則血凝泣,凝則脈不通,其脈盛大以泣,故中寒。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●刺節真邪論曰:陽勝者則為熱,陰勝者則為寒,寒則真氣去,去則虛,虛則寒搏於皮膚之間。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>虛邪之入於身也深,寒與熱相搏,久留而內著,寒勝其熱,則骨疼肉枯;熱勝其寒,則爛肉腐肌為膿,內傷骨,內傷骨為骨蝕。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>有所結,中於肉,宗氣歸之,邪留而不去,有熱則化而為膿,無熱則為骨疽。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●陰陽別論曰:三陽為病,發寒熱。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●脈要精微論曰:風成為寒熱。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●太陰陽明論曰:故犯賊風虛邪者,陽受之。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>陽受之則入六腑,入六腑,則身熱不時臥,上為喘呼。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●風論曰:風之傷人也,或為寒熱,或為熱中,或為寒中,或為癘風,或為偏枯,或為風也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>其寒也則衰飲食,其熱也則消肌肉,故使人怢慄而不能食,名曰寒熱。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>風氣與陽明入胃,循脈而上至目內眥,其人肥,則風氣不得外泄,則為熱中而目黃。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>人瘦則外泄而寒,則為寒中而泣出。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●舉痛論曰:寒則腠理閉,氣不行,故氣收矣。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>炅則腠理開,營衛,通汗大泄,故氣泄矣。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●氣穴論曰:營衛稽留,衛散營溢,氣竭血著,外為發熱,內為少氣,疾瀉無怠,以通營衛,見則瀉之,無問所會。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>邪溢氣壅,脈熱肉敗,營衛不行,必將為膿,內銷骨髓,外破大膕,留於節腠,必將為敗。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>積寒留舍,營衛不居,卷肉縮筋,肋肘不得伸,內為骨痺,外為不仁,命曰不足,大寒留於谿谷也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●脈解篇曰:陽明所謂洒洒振寒者,陽明者午也,五月盛陽之陰也,陽盛而陰氣加之,故洒洒振寒也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●經筋篇曰:經筋之病,寒則反折筋急,熱則筋弛縱不收,陰痿不用。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>陽急則反折,陰急則俛不伸。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>焠刺者,刺寒急也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>熱則筋縱不收,無用燔鍼。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●大惑論曰:人之善饑而不嗜食者,何氣使然?</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>岐伯曰:精氣并於脾,熱氣留於胃,胃熱則消穀,故善饑;胃氣逆上則胃脘寒,故不嗜食也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●逆調論帝曰:人身非常溫也,非常熱也,為之熱而煩滿者何也?</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>岐伯曰:陰氣少而陽氣勝,故熱而煩滿也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>帝曰:人身非衣寒也,中非有寒氣也,寒從中生者何?</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>曰:是人多痺氣也,陽氣少,陰氣多,故身寒如從水中出。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>帝曰:人有四肢熱,逢風寒如炙如火者何也?</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>曰:是人者,陰氣虛,陽氣盛,四肢者,陽也,兩陽相得而陰氣虛少,少水不能滅盛火,而陽獨治。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>獨治者,不能生長也,獨勝而止耳。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>逢風而如炙如火者,是人當肉爍也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>帝曰:人有身寒,湯火不能熱,厚衣不能溫,然不凍慄,是為何病?</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>曰:是人者,素腎氣勝,以水為事,太陽氣衰,腎脂枯不長,一水不能勝兩火,腎者水也,而生於骨,骨不生則髓不能滿,故寒甚至骨也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>所以不能凍慄者,肝一陽也,心二陽也,腎孤臟也,一水不能勝二火,故不能凍慄,病名曰骨痺,是人當攣節也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●評熱病篇曰:邪之所湊,其氣必虛。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>陰虛者,陽必湊之,故少氣時熱而汗出也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>小便黃者,少腹中有熱也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●奇病論曰:肥者令人內熱,甘者令人中滿,故其氣上溢,轉為消渴,治之以蘭,除陳氣也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●論痛篇帝曰:人之病,或同時而傷,或易已,或難已,其故何如?</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>少俞曰:同時而傷,其身多熱者易已,多寒者難已。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●五邪篇曰:邪在肺,則病皮膚痛,寒熱,上氣喘,汗出,欬動肩背,取之膺中外腧,背三節五節之傍,以手疾按之,快然,乃刺之,取之缺盆中以越之。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>邪在肝,則兩中痛,寒中,惡血在內,行善掣節,時腳腫,取之行間以引下,補三里以溫胃中,取血脈以散惡血,取耳間青脈以去其掣。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>邪在脾胃,則病肌肉痛。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>陽氣有餘,陰氣不足,則熱中善飢;陽氣不足,陰氣有餘,則寒中腸鳴腹痛。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>陰陽俱有餘,若俱不足,則有寒有熱,皆調於三里。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●五癃津液別篇曰:天暑衣厚則腠理開,故汗出。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>寒留於分肉之間,聚沫則為痛。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>天寒則腠理閉,氣濕不行,水下留於膀胱,則為溺與氣。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●通評虛實論帝曰:乳子而病熱,脈懸小者何如?</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>岐伯曰:手足溫則生,寒則死。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>帝曰:乳子中風熱,喘鳴肩息者,脈何如?</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>曰:喘鳴肩息者,脈實大也,緩則生,急則死。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●脈要精微論曰:麤大者,陰不足,陽有餘,為熱中也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>沉細數散者,寒熱也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>諸浮不躁者,皆在陽,則為熱。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>其有躁者,在手。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>諸細而沉者,皆在陰,則為骨痛。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>其有靜者,在足。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>陽氣有餘,為身熱無汗。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>陰氣有餘,為多汗身寒。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>陰陽有餘,則無汗而寒。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>推而外之,內而不外,有心腹積也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>推而內之,外而不內,身有熱也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>●論疾診尺篇曰:尺膚熱甚,脈盛躁者,病溫也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>其脈盛而滑者,病且出也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>尺膚寒,其脈小者,泄,少氣。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>尺膚炬然,先熱後寒者,寒熱也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>尺膚先寒,久大之而熱者,亦寒熱也。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>肘所獨熱者,腰以上熱。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>手所獨熱者,腰以下熱。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>肘前獨熱者,膺前熱,肘後獨熱者,肩背熱。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>臂中獨熱者,腰腹熱。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>肘後麤以下三四寸熱者,腸中有蟲。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>掌中熱者,腹中熱。掌中寒者,腹中寒。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>魚上白肉有青血脈者,胃中有寒。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>尺炬然熱,人迎大者,當奪血。</STRONG><BR><BR><STRONG>尺堅
