<P><STRONG></STRONG> </P><STRONG>斑瘡証治夫斑瘡病，《內<FONT color=blue>經》與張仲景皆不載，尋摭方論，蓋自魏朝，方有以白頭赤根者，俗呼為豌豆，即斑瘡也；細粟如麻者，俗呼為麻，即膚疹也。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P><FONT color=blue></FONT> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>又有大者，俗呼為芋為萍，此皆輕重之不齊，故命名異耳。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>《百問》云，悔不得轉利。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>以瘡疹發於表，利之則毒瓦斯入裡。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>龐安常云︰身疼壯熱，須少解散，臟閉毒攻，非利不愈，必令汗下。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>初虞世亦云︰瘡疹發於肌肉，屬陽明，古人治法，皆以承氣湯利之。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>諸說矛盾，不無疑誤，今皆存之。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>要當分其未發已發為治。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>若其始發，必作寒熱如傷寒狀，方証所載，耳冷尻冷，嗽者，皆瘡疹証。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>又小兒初得，手足搐搦如風癇者，亦瘡疹候，便可與宣熱拔毒，必須利之。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>《千金》治豌豆瘡初發欲發者，單煮大黃服之，即明文也。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>若其已發，只須解肌，用升麻、紫草輩是也。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>如是分之，諸說自泮。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>又此病多因傷寒失於汗下，或時氣勝複，歲主客氣，及天行疫病，長幼相染者，當隨因辨証治之。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>其間為倒最危，宜早為治。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>三豆飲子治天行豆瘡，但覺有此証，預服則不發。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>赤小豆 黑豆 綠豆（各一升） 甘草（半兩） 上淨淘豆，入甘草，以水煮熟，逐日空心任性食豆飲汁，七日，瘡自不發。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>升麻湯治大人小兒傷風寒溫疫，頭痛寒熱體疼，斑瘡已發未發，並可服。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>升麻 乾葛 甘草(炙) 芍藥（各等分） 上為銼散。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>每服秤五錢重，水二盞，煎七分，去滓熱服，小兒量與。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>一法，加紫草茸煎。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>鼠粘子散治傷寒斑瘡毒瓦斯，咽鬲不利，聲不出，疼痛。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>鼠粘子(炒) 丹參 升麻 甘草(炙) 干薄荷(炙，等分） 上為銼散。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>每服三錢，水一盞半，煎七分，去滓，不拘時，小兒量與之。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>龍腦膏治斑瘡倒 。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>豬心血調腦子成膏，以紫草茸煎湯解開，稀稠得所服；無腦子，用辰砂。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>一法，白 葉燒灰，為細末，每服二錢，入麝香少許，沸湯調下。 </FONT></STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG><FONT color=blue>仙靈散治斑瘡入眼。</FONT> </STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG>仙靈脾 威靈仙（各等分） 上為末。 </STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG>每服二錢，食後米湯調下。 </STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG>豆皮飲子治小兒因出瘡，毒入眼，生翳。 </STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG>真綠豆皮 白菊花 真穀精草(去根，各等分) 上為末。 </STRONG>
<P> </P><STRONG>每服一大錢，乾柿一個，粟米泔一盞，同煎，候泔盡，只將乾柿去核，日服三。 </STRONG>
