<P> </P>烏藥 防風 羌活 前胡 川芎 白芷 半夏（炙） 陳皮 赤苓 縮砂 木香 藿香 紫蘇 兩五錢） 白 共為細末，入神曲五兩七錢五分，薑半斤取汁做錠，每錠二錢，外用朱砂四兩為衣。

<P>每料重 五兩 此藥專治男婦老幼中風、中暑、中寒、中氣，口眼歪斜，牙關緊閉，不省人事，或內傷生冷。</P>
